Have you ever bought something, but couldn't wear it until you found the PERFECT outfit to go with it? Well I felt that way when I bought these shoes. One day while I was at Target, I saw these shorts and the first thing that popped into my head was this outfit. This happens to me sometimes, I suddenly think of an outfit in my head and I know exactly what I am going to wear with what etc. A lot of times these turn out to be my favorites!
