IMPROVD (pronounced improved) is a new store that just opened in MePa. The designer, Valentino, was the creative director for Diesel for many years, and in the past year started designing for himself. He opened his first store a little over a week ago, and we are delighted to show you pictures from his NYFW event. Instead of mannequins, Valentino and his creative team used video footage of real models posing and projected them onto cut outs of the pose they are each in. You may find yourself staring at the holograms, as the models wink, wave, and make goofy faces, captivating the audience.
IMPROVD will be featuring new artists throughout the months and hosting parties to promote them. We can't wait to see more from this store! We will keep you posted about upcoming events!
