We had the pleasure of working with the very cool NYC label, Addison!

We wanted to show two items from Addison's Spring '12 Collection two different ways. 

I took the amazing Square Eyelet Stripe Top from Day to Night, and was impressed with the versatility of this fab piece!

Eyebrows: yes please

As you probably know, eyebrows are the must have beauty/fashion accessory of the year.  We have found a few items that make this statement a little easier and less time consuming.

1.  Chella eyebrow stencils.  (they make a lot of other great products)

2.  Smashbox eyebrow kit.

3.  Claudio Riaz eyebrow brush.

K-Mart inspired

The best advice I've heard this week is, shop your closet!

It's amazing what you have forgot about, and it's amazing to see what you have accumulated throughout the years.  This hat was a little gem I picked up from K-Mart a few months ago, can you believe it??

Anyways, it's great to mix and match with everything you already own!

Just a little white washed denim

Dress: H&M, Top: IMPROVD, Shoes: Jeffrey Campbell, Purse: Chanel, Necklace: ALDO

Only worn this dress once, about a year ago.  I have been hesitant to wear it again because I was bored with the way I styled it last time...it needed a little something else.  I decided to put a sheer black button up over it, which I think gave it a totally different look.  Also, the necklace (a great find from ALDO) from months ago, was perfect for the dress.

Color vs. Black

Our first snow storm hit NYC today!

Excited to see the snow, instead of dressing all in black (per usual) I suggest throwing on some color.

Warm, Cold, Warm, Cold

So, the weather here in Arkansas is pretty unpredictable.  Today it was like 60 degrees, and it is supposed to get to the 20's this weekend.  This makes is a bit harder to dress, so I decided to go with a sweater (for cold), shorts (for warm), boots (for cold), a high bun (for warm).

P.S. I am LOVING BCBG's spring collection.  so many colorrss

Strange, but it worked!!
